In 2001 the Reguladores Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club was formed in Corpus Christi, Texas as a motorcycle club for active and retired peace officers, their families, and friends. The founders wanted to bear no restrictions on scooter type, sex, race, or religion, just a positive environment for sisters and brothers of the riding law enforcement community.

The Reguladores Gulf Coast Chapter is just one of the many LEMC throughout the United States. The Gulf Coast Chapter spans from the surrounding areas of Houston, down to beaches of Galveston, TX.
